With Whom May We Share Your Personal Data?

As C+Y, the personal data you share with us via the contact form;

in accordance with the security and confidentiality principles set forth in the Law,
provided that sufficient administrative and technical measures are taken,
limited to the purposes specified above

may be shared with our suppliers located within Turkey with whom we have contractual relationships and/or cooperate.

The personal data you share with C+Y are not shared with third parties other than for the purposes specified in the Law and this Information Notice or without your explicit consent.

In cases where your personal data must be transferred abroad, the provisions of Article 9 of the Law shall apply.

Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data are collected:

when you submit your information to C+Y in written and electronic form via the contact form;
through automated means as set out in the Law; or
through non-automated means, provided that they form part of a data recording system.

Your personal data are processed based on the following legal grounds:

the data have been made public by the data subject (Article 5/2(d) of the Law);
data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right (Article 5/2(e) of the Law);
data processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that such processing does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Article 5/2(f) of the Law).

Updating Personal Data

If any changes occur in your personal data, please inform us so that the information can be kept up to date.

Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law

Subject to Article 28 titled “Exceptions” of the Law, you, as a personal data subject, have the following rights:

to learn whether your personal data are being processed,
to request information if your personal data have been processed,
to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your personal data have been transferred,
to request the correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,
to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the scope of Article 7 of the Law,
to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
to object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your personal data exclusively through automated systems,
to request compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your applications will be concluded as soon as possible and within no later than 30 (thirty) days, free of charge, depending on the nature of your request.

Sensitive Personal Data

At C+Y, pursuant to Article 6 of the Law, the following are considered “Sensitive Personal Data”:

race, ethnic origin,
political opinions, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect or other beliefs,
attire and clothing,
membership in associations, foundations or trade unions,
health, sexual life,
criminal convictions and security measures,
biometric and genetic data
