As the data controller, Çetinkaya+Yücesan Attorneys at Law (“C+Y”), operating at Maslak Mahallesi, AOS 55. Sokak, 42 Maslak, A Block, No:2, İç Kapı No:406 (A-2410), Sarıyer, Istanbul, Turkey, provides the following information pursuant to our obligation to inform in order to ensure compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) with respect to the personal data we obtain from job applicants.

2. For What Purpose Personal Data Will Be Processed

Your personal data consisting of identity, contact, professional and educational information are processed by C+Y in accordance with the fundamental principles set forth in the Law, due to your status as a C+Y job applicant; for the purposes of tracking your application process, evaluating your suitability for the position as a candidate, and contacting you in this context, under the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the Law and other relevant legislation.

Furthermore, your personal data mentioned above may be transferred to physical archives and information systems belonging to C+Y and kept both digitally and physically.

3. To Whom and For What Purposes the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data are transferred to information systems service providers within the scope of carrying out processes related to information systems.

4. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Basis

Your personal data may be processed and transferred by C+Y through automated or non-automated means within the scope of the establishment or performance of the contract, in line with the purposes set forth in Article 2 of this Privacy Notice.

Your personal data are collected by C+Y from you in person, via email, by filling out the application form at “www.cetinkayayucesan.av.tr” or through accounts belonging to career companies.

5. Rights of the Personal Data Subject

Job applicants may submit their requests regarding their rights listed in Article 11 of the Law to C+Y by using one of the channels specified below:

• by personally applying at the address Maslak Mahallesi, AOS 55. Sokak, 42 Maslak, A Block, No:2, İç Kapı No:406 (A-2410), Sarıyer, Istanbul, Turkey, or

• by sending to C+Y’s e-mail address “info@cetinkayayucesan.av.tr” via a registered e-mail address (KEP) or by using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the e-mail address previously notified to C+Y and registered in C+Y’s system.
