Yasin Yücesan advises clients on commercial disputes, corporate contracts, inheritance matters, IP protection and real estate disputes. He represents international and local companies in mediation, arbitration, litigation as well as execution proceedings, providing clear guidance and structured case management.
Before co-founding Çetinkaya+Yücesan, Yasin worked at a prominent Tier 1 dispute resolution firm, where he advised companies and individuals across retail, construction, technology and international trade. During this period, Legal 500 ranked him several times as a Key Lawyer for his work in complex dispute resolution matters.
He holds an LL.B. from Galatasaray University and continues his LL.M. studies at the same university. He is a member of the İstanbul Bar Association and a registered trademark attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
